Dance Class Schedule

 We offer classes for ages 3 through adults with no previous experience. These classes are a tremendous way to relieve stress, strengthen your back and shoulders, and improve your overall posture. Ballet training helps prevent injury and improve balance, concentration, alignment, posture and more.

Minimum Ballet Class Requirements
Ballet III & IV  - 2 days/week plus Strength & appropriate pointe class
V - 3 days/week plus Strength & appropriate pointe class
